If she prefers skirt it must be no shorter than knee length and must wear stockings. Shoe should be high heels and flats. If she prefers pants suit then knee highs or trouser socks with shoes would be considered best. Jewelry should be understated and coordinate well with what you are wearing.

Men should wear slacks and neutral colored sports jacket black gray and navy blue with the traditional white or muted color shirt while attending a job interview which has a casual work environment. Always wear a tie with it. Women can wear pants and a twin set sweater opinion or a skirt and a simple blouse instead for a job interview with this type of company.
